Torture Indictment

Jonathan Adler at Volokh notes that the federal government has brought a torture indictment against on Roy M. Belfast, Jr. This promises to be an interesting trial, as we can expect lawyers for Belfast to push government to precisely define torture, which should be interesting given the Bush administration's position on what does or does not constitute torture.
