I can't tell, is this a trick question, or did you not notice that the Supreme Court in question is Canada's, not ours?

Well, as long as it's a private cruise and not a new reality TV show, I wouldn't be too worried about it.

And hey, just imagine if it became known that Scalia did this -- I bet the collective shock of cognitive dissonance across the country would actually be audible.

I have no idea. But I can't imagine it's nearly as distasteful as a nude SC justice, Canadian or not.
