Being a health professional I can assure you that any physician caring for a pt. would never put politics into play while giving needed tx. I'm sure you jest,but nonetheless,there are those nefarious minds out there who feed on fodder.As an avowed Independent I also wish Mr. Clinton a speedy recovery,but know this,there are risks to any procedure.I will even say a prayer.

The comment was strictly intended as a play on President Reagan's line after he was shot. I'm quite confident that the most rabid Republican doctor in the world would still do everything in his power to operate successfully on President Clinton.
