« The Fruits of Iraq Justification | Main | Happy Blogiversary » July 11, 2003License v. LibertyRandy E. Barnett pens an interesting analysis of the Supreme Court's decision in Lawrence v. Texas that is worth careful reading. I'll be discussing this further when I return home (we fly home this evening), but for now take a look at the article and think about what it might mean for libertarian principles and Constitutional law. This development seems a very promising one to me, although I'll reserve judgement until I've had more time to review it. Until then, take a look and form your own opinion.
