Be Afraid For those of my readers who still believe in the government, I've finally got proof positive that the government can't be trusted to run anything: the 2003 U.S. Army Reserve Major's promotion list. I'm pretty sure that is why they promoted him. For a good look at being a Major and re-assembling phones, I'd recommend the movie - We Were Soldiers.
